The Bavarian International School recruits fully qualified and experienced staff from all around the world whose own philosophy on education fits our school Mission and Mandate.
Recruitment generally begins in January for teaching positions for the upcoming academic year starting in August. While we welcome applications from teachers throughout the year, we encourage interested people to visit our website from December onwards to see actual vacancies that will likely arise. We will regularly update the list of vacancies during the recruitment period.
As a school concentrated on integrating technology, we extend this to our recruiting as well. We utilise Skype for many interviews. Our Director, Dr. Chrissie Sorenson, carries out interviews for prospective candidates, and includes leadership team members and relevant staff for a rounded interview experience.
