Prospective Parents

The sense of community at BIS is the thing that strikes most prospective parents when they first visit our school.

They may see parents gathered around the coffee bar off the foyer, some of them with toddlers or babies, enjoying a chat, or perhaps planning the decorations for an upcoming class assembly,  organizing one of the yearly picnics, or laying plans for a car pool after soccer practice.

Visitors are beckoned into the classroom, and welcomed by teachers. Students are curious about the visitors, and eager to know if someone new will be joining their class.

Principals and Director take a moment to step out of their offices and say hello, and our Admissions Team is ready to give you all the time you need  ask questions and gain a real understanding of what a transition to BIS would mean for your child.

The BIS Community is a welcoming place, and our expertise at assisting new students and their families with the transition to our school grows every year.

From our PTO Family Welome Committee to active students council members, from student buddies to our extra-curricular programme coordinators, from excellent classroom teachers with an abundance of experience in teaching children from a multitude of different bakgrounds, we are here to support you for the duration of your family's time at BIS.

We hope that you will contact our Admissions Office to set up an appointment to visit us, and  learn more about our Community of Learners.
