Our Schloss Cafeteria is open from 8.00 – 17.00 h daily, only on Fridays closing time is 15.00 h. You will find parents and teachers meeting there every day for a little morning chat, for a coffee or a snack. It is a meeting point were the BIS community comes together and shares important news.
There are two different lunchtimes for our students!
Middle and Upper School lunch is from 11.25 – 12.10 h, 45 minutes.Lower School lunchtime is
from 12.35 – 13.20 h, 45 minutes.
The Lower School also has a morning snack break from 10.35 – 11.05 h, and a afternoon recess from 14.50 – 15.10 h.
Children in Pre-Reception and Reception classes will have their lunch and snack in the classroom with the teachers. Grade 1 students will be served in the cafeteria. Students from Grade 2 on choose and get their lunch at the service counter!
Our Cafeteria offers daily hot lunch.
Your child may choose from two dishes changing daily.
One offering is with meat or fish and the second is a vegetarian dish.
With either dish there will be a serving of vegetables or fresh salads.
For a side dish there is rice, pasta, potatoes, or other cereal products such as bread.
All menus are free of nuts and seeds. If your child has a food allergy, a special menu can be arranged. Also available are: sandwiches, fruit, yoghurt and snacks, and after lunch, sweet treats for the soul. The daily menu costs 3, 90 € including a drink of juice or water.
